How do I schedule an assessment?

To schedule an assessment, the client and parent/guardian (if applicable) must first complete our free mental health screening. Once the screening has been submitted, a member of our Admissions team will contact you to schedule a virtual assessment with one of our licensed clinicians.

When are co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles due?

Any applicable co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles are due at the time of your visit. Collecting these payments helps us accurately process and submit claims to your insurance provider.

What is the average length of stay?

The average length of stay varies based on each client’s individual treatment needs, progress toward clinical goals, and ongoing medical necessity. Our clinical team meets weekly to review each client’s progress and update master treatment plans as milestones are achieved.

How will my child keep up with school while attending treatment?

We understand the importance of maintaining academic progress during treatment. Our team works with parents/guardians and the client's school to support educational continuity whenever possible. Clients participating in our programs are provided with dedicated time for schoolwork, and we encourage coordination with their school regarding assignments and academic expectations.

How many clients participate in each group therapy session?

Our group therapy sessions are intentionally kept small to promote engagement and individualized support. Each session includes up to 12 clients and is divided by age group:Pediatric: Ages 5–12Adolescent: Ages 13–17

Will I receive an excuse note for attending PHP or IOP group therapy?

Yes, clients participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) will receive an excuse note for each day of attendance.

What happens if I arrive more than 10 minutes late to group therapy?

Accepted Answer

To minimize disruptions and maintain a therapeutic environment, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to that day's group session and will be marked absent.
